With more and more people every day beginning to live more healthier lifestyles and working out, more people are beginning to take vitamin supplements as part of their fitness regimens. The fact is, that if you eat a healthy diet you may not even need to take any vitamin supplements but with people lifestyles and schedules the way that they are, many people are taking them as a way to augment their nutritional needs that they might inadvertently neglect from time to time.
Some vitamins such as vitamin A however; can have toxic effects on the body's system if they are over taken, so this is something that you should be aware of. The fact is, that if your body doesn't need any particular vitamin then if you take it, it will merely be excreted unused.

One idea is to begin juicing, because fresh fruits and vegetables are loaded with anti oxidants and vitamins and the drinks that you make will be delicious.
