That is that with SelecTechs you can quickly adjust down the weight as your reps progress, to account and adjust for muscle fatigue, resulting in a more “total” workout.

If it matters to you at all SelectTechs are far more portable too. Move them around your home or carry them to your car if you want, because it’s all one compact contained unit. Beyond that, other than the fact that they are in fact quite attractive to look at with their rubber coated geometric form, they are in the end just dumbbells, so the actual results that you achieve with them depends entirely on the effort you put in.
