Bowflex 410 Upgrade: It’s Just Too Easy

It was only a few decades back when the first Bowflex Fitness Machines took the fitness market by surprise with brand new, amazing yet very simple power-rod technology. It functions by harnessing the power that's contained in a bow when it's pulled back. Note: A Bowflex 410 Upgrade is Not an Option on All Machines.

Over the course of the years since then Bowflex has come out with a complete line of fitness machines and all come stock with a set amount of resistance and while some can be upgraded in weight resistance others can't. It is worth noting that no machines with Spiraflex technology will go over 300 lb.
